Lack Of Water – Dehydration Is A Killer
Without water we can’t detoxify. The kidneys filter 200 litres of fluid every day. Our joints would dry up in fact they often do when people don’t drink enough. They call it arthritis. Headaches are often caused by dehydration. The first thing you should think of when you feel your head hurting is, “have I had enough H2O today.” High blood pressure and irregular heart beat can be controlled with H2O. Insulin resistance which is the cause of diabetes can be controlled with it.
Replacing all the water we lose by sweating, urinating, defecating, breathing, vomiting. Drink a litre of good quality H2O first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to replace the water lost by sweating and breathing in the night. It won’t replace all of it because we lose about 2 litres but it will be a start.
Water levels are the same as the water levels on the planet Earth so what benefits the Earth also benefits us. It is in our best interest to get the best type of H2O we can.
Did you know that 6 drops of Shopfreemart Hydration Drops can treat one gallon of drinking water and make it more hydrating to your cells due to an increased exchange of ions inside of the H2O channel of your cells.
The Best Water
Coconut water is top in my book. It was used in the 2nd world war intravenously to replace salt and electrolytes and is still used as a replacement for medical saline in some countries today. Coconut was used for a Cholera outbreak in the Pacific Ocean.
It is sterile, full of potassium and glucose but lacking in sodium and chloride so adding some good quality salt, like Himalayan salt would help to balance out those nutrient deficiencies. Coconut is excellent for any digestive issues when rehydrating of the patient is urgently required.
There is a new idea of drinking called molecular hydrogen
that mops up the oxidative stress created by digesting food, creating energy in the body and all the processes going on in the body.
The Natural Health Dictionary.com will be providing more information on “why is it the universal solute”. Stay tuned.
